Whistleblowing System

MAX STREICHER S.p.A. encourages all the people involved (inside and outside the company) to report, in good faith, any behavior - commission or omission - carried out in MAX STREICHER S.p.A. or in relation with it, that violates (or induces to violate) the applicable regulations, its values, its policies and procedures, or that may cause a financial or reputational damage to the Company itself.
The platform dedicated to whistleblowing can be reached at https://streicherit.integrityline.com.

The EQS Whistleblowing reporting platform integrates the available reporting channels listed below:

  • in-person meeting at the premises of Alfa Solutions S.p.A., reporting manager, Strada Traversetolo 20/D, 43123 Parma (PR)
  • ordinary mail / registered letter addressed to: Alfa Solutions S.p.A. - head office, Strada Traversetolo 20/D, 43123 Parma (PR). Remember to write down “To the attention of reporting manager” on the front of the envelope.

MAX STREICHER S.p.A. incoraggia tutti soggetti interessati (interni ed esterni all'azienda) a segnalare, in buona fede, qualsiasi comportamento – commissivo o omissivo – posto in essere in MAX STREICHER S.p.A. o nei rapporti con essa, che violi (o induca a violare) le normative applicabili, i propri valori, le proprie policy e procedure, o che possa causare un danno economico o reputazionale alla Società stessa.

La piattaforma di segnalazione Whistleblowing EQS integra i canali di segnalazione disponibili elencati di seguito:

  • incontro in presenza presso la sede di Alfa Solutions S.p.A., gestore delle segnalazioni, Strada Traversetolo 20/D, 43123 Parma (PR)
  • posta ordinaria / lettera raccomandata indirizzata a: Alfa Solutions S.p.A. - sede di Strada Traversetolo 20/D, 43123 Parma (PR) inserendo sulla busta “Alla cortese attenzione del gestore della segnalazione”
