The company focuses on the acquisition, development and selling as well as the operation as building contractor of properties within the area of „Prinzenpark West“ in Karlsfeld near Munich/Germany.
In 2014, ERL & STREICHER bought properties along the Bayernwerkstraße in Karlsfeld with an extent of 54,700 m². On a partial area of „Prinzenpark West“ the largest new construction project for assisted living was started by groundbraking on 13th November 2015. Until 2017 252 barrier-free condominiums as well as 208 underground parking places were transferred to the new owners. The development of further areas is planned.
